There is always a colour that dominates a season’s trends and, this autumn, that colour is going to be grey. This shade was once thought of as boring, but not this year! Find grey furniture items to add this stylish hue to your rooms.
2) Relaxing Retreats
Lots of people are trying to escape their smartphones and tablet devices once they get home from work. And interior design is reflecting this. So much so, that creating a relaxing retreat in the living roomand bedroom is very much in vogue. Make your rooms as cozy as possible and tech-free zones!
3) Tipping The Velvet
The most popular material that is all set for this autumn is velvet. It is a very luxurious yet affordable fabric that can help make any room feel deluxe on a budget. Don’t go overboard when you add your velvet; just a statement velvet armchair should do the trick. Not sure which colour velvet to go with? Plum always works well in most contexts.

When you think of nailhead details on furniture, you might be sent back to the Tudor times but, quite surprisingly, this is set to be a huge hit this autumn. Another theme that is going to be big this autumn is the woodland cabin look. To create this look, just add lots of wood to your rooms. This will make the best room for settling down in with a large mug of your favourite hot chocolate!
