How to buy wardrobe with a hanging rod?

Wardrobes are like treasure boxes for most women. They have their world in their wardrobe. This is why, after the kitchen the most important asset for any woman is our wardrobe. A wardrobe defines much for a woman. This is why attention must be paid when buying wardrobes. Even if you go for wardrobes with no doors at one extreme or the ones that have locks at the other (if you want to keep your expensive jewelry safe), there is a need to be very careful when you choose a wardrobe with a hanging rod.

Why a wardrobe with a hanging rod? To put it simply, they are the best kind of wardrobes that you can get for all types of reasons. These reasons include enough space for whatever it is that you are trying to put away, space for folded clothes, hanging clothes, shoes and general knick-knacks. When you are planning or trying to buy a wardrobe you need to decide what exactly you expect from your wardrobe. Do you want to actually consider the option of buying a wardrobe with a hanging rod ? If that is what your plan is, then you might want to go for a wardrobe design that suits your needs.

We suggest that you first try an internet search to see the different styles available online. This will simply help you decide what you need to do when it comes to making decisions regarding your wardrobes. If you have definite plans to choose a wardrobe with a hanging rod, then you need to think of the size above all other considerations: how many dresses, suits and skirts do you want to hang up? Have you got a lot of folding clothes, sweaters, T-shirts and socks? How many shelves or drawers for them do you need?

In addition, you would also want to get the measurements of the room before you order any wardrobes with a hanging rod. Inevitably, unless you are very fortunate there will be a compromise to be made between the amount of hanging space you need and the size of your room. Whatever you do, don’t allow your wardrobe to totally dominate your room. This will make the room look smaller and more cramped.

Personally, we think that you should consider a double banked wardrobe with a hanging rod. Although this may be slightly taller or broader or even both, properly designed double banking will provide you with more than enough space. If your room can’t really take this for aesthetic or practical reasons, then perhaps it’s time to do some weeding of your clothes collection. Perhaps, really, for everyone’s sake you should throw most of your “used” clothes out and have a little trip to the mall!
